The 3rd and 4th phrases have these 8 dialog words Jesus says to the paralytic, ... ē eipein, Egeire kai aron ton krabatton sou ("Or to-say, ... "Stand and pick-up the mat of-you, ...""). The 8 narrator words are top down. The gospel text has two commands inside a question. Jesus now gives the paralytic child the first two of his three commands. The words of Jesus have cut the Unclean Spirit (the dark triangle) in two. The cured paralytic has obeyed his first two commands. The child has stood up and raised his sleeping mat above his head.
