Mk 2:1b ... it-is-heard that he-is in to-a-house.

The 2nd phrase has these 5 narrator words, ... ēkousthē hoti ev oikō estin (it is heard that in a house he is).

The 5 words are top down. The text is commenting on the diagram. A man on top of a house hears Jesus is inside. The words "ēkousthē hoti" (it is heard that) are tangent to the ears of the man hearing. The words "ev oikō estin" (in a house he is) are tangent to a house and Jesus inside that house. Without moving, Jesus is simultaneously inside Capernaum and in a house. The man who heard will bring his friends to the house in the next verse.
