Mk 2:2b ... not-even the-(room) before the door.

The second phrase contains these 5 narrator words ... mēde ta pros tēn thuran (not even the before the door).

The 5 words are bottom up. The definite article "ta" (the, accusative plural) refers to the missing but understood verbal noun "chōrein" (room) in the previous phrase. If the man from verse 2:1b who "heard Jesus was in the house" would come down from the roof perhaps the room before the door could be filled. Jesus is now "leading many together" like the one on the roof.
