Verse 8 has four phrases containing 22 words. The first two phrases have these 13 narrator words, ... kai euthus epignous ho Iēsous tō pneumati autou, hoti houtōs dialogizontai en eautois, (And immediately having known the Jesus in the Spirit of him, that in this manner they are dialoguing through in themselves, ...). The 13 words are top down. The word euthus (immediately) is the cue to use the previous diagram as a template. The diagram shows that six of the eight "knowing circles" are tangent to the "spirit of Jesus." The last two words "pneumati autou" (his spirit) are tangent to the inside of his "Holy Spirit." The five words of the second phrase are tangent to Jesus and to the row of dialog circles between the two scribes. 2:7b < Verses > 2:8b |
