Mk 2:1a ... And having-entered again into Capernaum after days, ...

Verse 2:1 has 2 phrases containing 12 narrator words. The 1st phrase has these 7 words, ... Kai eiselthōn palin eis Kafarnaoum di ēmerōn (And having-entered again into Capernaum after days, ...).

The 7 narrator words are top down representing 7 days. According to Mosaic law alluded to in verse 44c, Jesus could not enter any city for seven days. The diagram shows Jesus entering the city (the hexagon) after "seven days" He has now obeyed the law and is clean of leprosy. The diagram of Jesus in the wilderness with men coming from all directions is virtually identical to Jesus coming in to Capernaum with men seeing him enter from every direction.
