The fourth phrase contains the these 6 narrator words, ... kai ēkolouthei autō en tē hodō (and he followed to him in "to the way"). The 6 narrator words are clockwise starting from the bottom up. The 6 words "kai ēkolouthei autō en tē hodō" (and he followed to him in "to the way") is a drawing instruction to draw Bartimaeus "following in the road next to Jesus." The 6 words are tangent to Bartimaeus, the triangle holding Jesus, and "the way." The "Unclean Spirit" Jesus destroyed still lies at the bottom of the graph. Bartimaeus will follow Jesus on the road to Jerusalem, till it's end. This parable on the way to Jerusalem began and ended with the cure of a blind man. The ever present ironic words tangent to their signs will continue unabated. 10:52b < Verses > 11:01a |
