Verse 47b has 3 phrases and 9 words. The 1st through 3rd phrases have these 4 narrator and 5 dialog words, ... ērksato krazein kai legein, "Uie Dauid, Iēsou eleēson me" (he began to cry out and say, ... "Son of David, Jesus have mercy on me"). To "cry out" means to "come out" of the bottom triangle. The 1st phrase has these 4 narrator words "ērksato krazein kai legein" (he began to cry out and say) are bottom up tangent to Bartimaeus.
