The 5th through 7th phrases have these 7 narrator words listing two apostles and a father, ... kai Thōman, kai Iakōbon ton tou Alfaiou (and Thomas, and James, the (son) of-the (father) Alphaeus, ...).

The 7 narrator words are bottom up. The diagram shows James and his father Alphaeus are drawn with green eyes, the color of the mountain, similar to the way Zebedee and his son James were drawn with blue eyes, the color of the sea. Thomas and James will meld in with the previous four, like extras in a Greek chorus.
