Mk 3:17b ... and John the brother of-the James, ...

The 4th phrase has these 6 narrator words ... kai Iōannen ton adelfon tou Iakōbou (and John the brother of-the James, ...).

The 6 words start in the center of the mountain, then clockwise, co-tangent, back to the center. This diagram used the previous one as a template. The word "brother is tangent to the names Iōannen (John) and Iakōbou (James) which are tangent to the voids in which they appear.
