Jn 2:15a ... And having made a whip out of ropes, he cast everyone out of the temple, ...

Verse 15 has 5 phrases containing 26 narrator words. The first two phrases contain these 10 words ... Kai poiēsas fragellion ek schoiniōn pantas, eksebalen ek tou heirou (And having made a whip out of ropes, everyone he cast out of the temple, ... ).

The 10 words are top down. A phragellion is a Roman scourge or whip made from schoiniōn (ropes), tough fibers made from rushes woven into ropes. The diagram shows Jesus with his hands and the ropes on the 10 words as he moves from the top to the bottom of the temple. When Jesus reaches ground level, he has made a whip out of the schoiniōn (ropes) and its tip has touched every Jew coin changer and animal sacrifice seller. These guilty Jews have been thrown out of the Temple.
