The 2nd phrase has these 4 narrator words, ... triakonta kai oktō etē (thirty and eight years, ...).

The 4 narrator words that shout out "38 years" are floating left to right, tangent to the bottom of porticoes and the surface of the water in the pool. Above it are five columns of 38 interlocking circles tangent to the pool, the five porticoes, the Unclean Spirit, the top of the graph, and the man who has been in his weakness for "thirty-eight" years!! The sign of any unit of time to a man, such as a "year," is a Christ (1480) circle. This sign is no coincidence. This diagram is the first of three that reveals the "sign of 38 years"!
