Verse 4 has 4 phrases and 27 words. The 1st and 2nd phrases have these 12 narrator words ... aggelos gar kata kairon katabeinen en tē kolumbēthra, kai etarasse to hudōr (For an-angel at times came-down in to-the pool, and stirred the water, ...). This verse is missing from all early Greek manuscripts. Paleographers report that over twenty early manuscripts have warning marks at the verse to warn the next scribe that the verse was not original. This verse became known at the end of the 2nd century in the Latin West and the 4th century in the Greek East. An "Angel of the Lord" was a superstitious explanation for the turbulence, color change, and healing powers attributed to the spring-fed mineral rich water that fed the pool. Verse 7 mentions the water being stirred which confirms the author knew about the local folklore. Even if the text is not canonical, it may be 100% original if the 2,000 year old discovered text fits like a glove to this gematria diagram created about 2,000 years later.
