The 2nd phrase has these 3 narrator words ...ho estin praitōrion (which is a praetorium, ...)

The 3 words are bottom up. A Roman cohort numbered 480 men but when support troops are included the number was about 600. In the diagram, each "tent" or wing of the building would hold 100 soldiers. All the tents surrounding the hexagon shaped parade ground is the Praitorium.
