The 2nd phrase has these 7 dialog words ... Ouk apokrinē ouden ti houtoi sou katamarturousin (Not do you answer not yet one (thing) what these (men) you against testify)? The 7 dialog words are top down. In the text the chief priest says "outoi" (these) which seems to refer to all the witnesses testifying against Jesus. However, looking at the diagram, we see the chief priest is only now referring to the testimony of these two sitting witnesses. He has no need of any testimony from the men above the ones sitting.
