Verse 55 has 3 phrases and 19 narrator words. The 1st phrase has these 8 words ... hoi de arxiereis kai holon to sunedrion ezētoun (The and Chief Priests and entire the Sanhedrin were seeking, ... ).

Diagram 1: The 1st 3 words are bottom up tangent to two Chief Priests and four other temple authorities. These words put the faces of 6 temple authorities inside the temple. Their eyes will be doing the seeking for the 71 Sanhedrin in diagram 2.

The Chief Priests, the other temple authorities, the seventy one Sanhedrin, and the 8 words fill the temple inside and out from top to bottom.
