Mk 14:57 ... And some having stood up were testifying falsely against him saying, ...

Verse 57 has these 7 narrator words, ... kai tines anastantes epseudomarturoun kat autou legontes (And some having stood up, were testifying falsely against him saying, ...).

The 7 narrator words are bottom up. Verse 56a and its diagram showed the ones sitting were testifying falsely against Jesus. This verse shows that the ones standing were doing the same. The text paraphrases this Old Testament verse: "malicious and lying witnesses have risen against me" (Psalm 27:12). The 3 words "tines anastantes epseudomarturoun" (some having stood up were testifying falsely) are tangent to the two men standing up. The indefinite pronoun "tines" (some men) refers to two of the four men, the two witnesses standing above on the left and right in the previous and coming diagrams. This verse shows how the words and the diagrams always seem to agree with each other.
