Mk 2:21c ... "the new of the old, and a worse tear occurs."

The fourth and fifth phrases have these 8 dialog words ... to kainon tou palaiou, kai xeiron sxisma ginetai ("the new of the old, and a worse tear occurs").

The 8 words are top down and tangent to the unshrunk blue cloth patch, the yellowed old garment, and "the large tear in the old garment. The diagram confirms the problem is a tear, not a hole. The split in the himation foreshadows the second "Unclean Spirit" that will be destroyed when Jesus returns to the synagogue.
