The last two phrases have these 8 dialog words ... hina kai ekei kēruksō, eis touto gar eksēlthon ("so that also there I may preach, into this for I came out").

The 8 words are top down. The diagram shows the disciples leading down into the neigboring village-towns and the words of Jesus have followed them. The paraphrased words of Jesus are tangent to the village-towns "so that he may preach, ... and that is why he came out" (out of the house and into a 'wilderness place' to pray in diagram 35).
