Mk 1:30b ... and 'immediately' they-speak to-him about her.

The second phrase has these 6 narrator words: ... kai euthus legousin autō peri autēs (and 'immediately' they speak to him about her).

The 6 words are top down. The word euthus, meaning "immediately," is the cue to use the previous diagram as a template. The diagram shows the disciples only need to turn their heads so that all four can speak to Jesus about her.
