The third phrase has these three text words ... hōi de ēnegkan (they and brought 'it'). The 3 words are bottom up. The plural "hōi de" (and they) refers to and is tangent to the two waiters. The word "ēnegkan" (brought it) refers to the "cup of wine" they "antlesate" (drew out) from a randomly chosen water-jar then brought it to the "archo" (ruler) so he could taste it and give his approval to serve it.
