Jn 2:08a ... And he says to them, ... "Draw out now and bring it to the master of the three-couches."

Verse 8 has 3 phrases and 12 words. The first two phrases contain these 3 narrator and 6 dialog words that Jesus says to the two servants ... Kai legei autois, "Antlēsate nun kai ferete tō architriklinō" (And he says to them, "Draw out now and bring it to the master of the three couches").

The 9 words are top down. The 3 words of the first phrase "Kai legei autois" (And he says to them) are all tangent to Jesus. The 4 dialog words "Antlēsate nun kai ferete" (Draw out now and bring it) is an order directed to the two servants to draw wine from a random waterjar and bring it. The two words "tō architriklinō" (to the master of the three couches) are tangent to the three "couches" in the background of the two servants and the master of the wedding celebration. Most bibles mistranslate "architriklinō" which comes from the verb archo (to rule) and the noun "tri-klinos" (three couches). The literal meaning is "the ruler (master) in charge of the dining room having couches on three sides." Jesus has just now changed the water into wine (probably white wine, the color of water, but the image shows red wine for illustration).
