Mk 12:9b ... "He will come and destroy the land workers, ..."

The 2nd phrase has these 5 dialog words, ... eleusetai kai apolesai tous geōrgous ("He will come and destroy the land workers, ...").

The 5 dialog words are top down. The author of Mark saw the far off nation to be the Roman empire that destroyed the nation of Israel, Jerusalem, and the Temple in the Roman Jewish war of 66-70 AD. Here is the third verse: "He will give a signal to a far off nation, and whistle to them from the ends of the earth, speedily and promptly they will come" (Isaiah 5:26).

The diagram shows the Lord (God the Father) sent the Romans (a far off nation) down from Greece and Syria to destroy the farmers (the Jews in Judea and Israel).
