Verse 6 has five phrases and 26 narrator words. The first phrase has these 8 words ... Kai paraggellei tō oxlō anapesein epi tēs gēs (And he gave orders to the crowd to sit down on the earth). The words are tangent to their signs. The 8 narrator words are top down. The words oxlō anapesein (crowd to sit down) are tangent to the middle of the square with a perimeter of 3997, the number of the crowd (Mk 8:9). The word anapipto comes from ana (into the middle) and pipto (to fall). The words epi tēs gēs (on the earth) is tangent to the chord of the large circle and the rectangle holding the faces of the men personifying the crowd. The diagram shows the number of the crowd enclosed by a "close beside" (parangellei) dialog circle (4440) "falling to the middle" of the earth. 8:5b < Verse > 8:6b |
