Mk 8:3a ... "And if I send them away hungry to their house, ..."

Verse 3 has 3 phrases and 18 dialog words. The first phrase has these 8 words ... Kai ean apolusō autous nēsteis eis oikon autōn ... ("And if I send away them hungry to a house of them, ...").

The 8 dialog words are bottom up. The three diagrams for this verse are a scenario that shows what could happen to the men. The 8 words are bottom up tangent to Jesus but only visually tangent to the 12 men. The words "oikon autōn" (a house of them) are tangent to a house. This first diagram shows the men before they could return to their houses for lack of something to eat. They are drawn as if they have "fainted" from hunger.
