Jn 21:14b ... having-been-raised from (the) dead.

The 2nd phrase has these 3 narrator words ... egertheis ek nekrōn (having-been-raised from (the) dead).

The 3 words are top down. The noun nekrōn (dead ones) is a genetive plural which could mean everyone who was dead or it could be narrower in scope, referring to Jesus who was raised from being dead plus one or more of the seven disciples. The above diagram shows the word "egertheis" (having been raised) refers to Jesus who has been raised to the center of the graph. The words "ek nekrōn" (from the dead) is tangent to a grave and a "dead one." This story about the 153 fish occurs after John the Baptist died when he was beheaded and after Jesus died when he was crucified. Therefore, John the Baptist and Jesus both qualify as "being raised from the dead."
