Jn 21:15a ... Then ~ when they-ate (breakfast), ...

Verse 15 contains 9 phrases and 30 words which is the start of a gematria feeding parable. The 1st phrase contains these 3 narrator words, ... Hote oun ēristēsan (When then they-ate, ...).

The first 3 narrator words are top down. The verb ēristēsan is derived from the noun ariston which can either mean breakfast or a mid-day meal. In this story Jesus needs to speak privately with Simon the Stone (1925), therefore he had to draw the other six disciples away from Simon. Jesus did this by putting them back in the outline of their boat so they could be fed their breakfast of 12 fish and 12 loaves. Simon Stone privately received a double share.
