Jn 21:9c ... and little-fish lying-on-it, ...

9c1109c2

The 3rd phrase has these 3 narrator words ... kai opsarion epikeimenon (and 'little-fish' lying-on-it, ... ).

Diagram 1: The noun opsarion (a small bit of fish) is the diminutive of opson (fish). The disciples see 8 little fish laying on a charcoal fire. The height of eight little fish is exactly equal to the diameter of the charcoal fire.

Diagram 2: The three words are top down. The last two words lie directly over the two images they name, the "opsarion" (little fish) and the pronoun "it" in the word "epikeimenon" (lying on it), meaning the "charcoal fire."
