John 4:53a ... Therefore the father knew that (it was) in the same hour in which the Jesus said to him, ... "The son of you lives," ...

Verse 53 has 3 phrases and 27 words. The first 2 phrases contain 15 narrator and 4 dialog words, ... Egnō oun ho patēr hoti en ekeinē tē hōra en hē eipen autō ho Iēsous, hō uios sou zē (Knew then the father that it-was in the same hour in which said to him the Jesus, "The son of you lives").
