Verse 46 has 3 phrases and 23 words. The first phrase has these 8 narrator words ... Ēlthen oun palin eis tēn Kana tēs Galilaias (he came therefore again into the Cana of the Galilee). The 8 words are bottom up. The 2 words "tēn Kana" (the Cana) are tangent to the equilateral triangle that is the sign of Cana. The Cana and the triangle above it form a rhombus which is the sign of "the Galilee." The first time Jesus came to Cana was during a wedding ceremony when he turned water into wine. That was his first "sign miracle." This is now the second time Jesus comes to Cana. In this visit he will perform his second "sign miracle." The mountain village of Cana is a few hours travel time by chariot west of Capernaum. Jn 4:45 < Verses > 4:46b |
