John 4:48 ... Therefore the Jesus said to him, ... "If ever you don't see signs and omens, (then) no never do you believe."

Verse 48 contains a conditional if-then statement that contains the following 6 narrator and 9 dialog words ... Eipen oun ho Iēsous pros autou, Ean mē sēmeia kai terata idēte, ou mē pisteusēte (Said therefore the Jesus to him, ... "If-ever not signs and wonders you see, (then) no never may you believe").

The 15 words are top down. The diagram for this if-then statement shows the father believing the words of Jesus because the words terminate tangent to a "Sign" (semeion), a "Wonder" (teras), and his own "believing circles." This means the "Royal Official" will believe whatever Jesus says next.
