Verse 52 has two sentences containing 21 words. The first sentence has these 10 narrator words ... Eputheto oun tēn hōran par autōn en hē kompsoteron esxen (He asked then the time from them in which better he became). The 10 narrator words are top down. The 4 words "Eputheto oun tēn hōran" (He asked then the time) are tangent to the Royal Official and his question. The 2 words "par autōn" (from them) are tangent to his two slaves. The last 4 words "en hē kompsoteron esxen" (in which better he became) are tangent to his dying son. The diagram shows the official's son enclosed by an "Unclean Spirit" which was the cause of his deathly illness just before his father begged Jesus to cure him and Jesus answered with the words that would cure him at the 7th hour.
