John 4:50a ... Says to him the Jesus, ... "Go, the son of you lives."

Verse 50 has five phrases and 21 words. The first three phrases contain 4 narrator and 5 dialog words ... Legei autō ho Iēsous, Poreuou ho uios sou zē (Says to him the Jesus, ... "Go, the son of you lives").

The first 4 narrator words are bottom up. The 5 dialog words are top down. The diagram shows the Jesus, the Royal Official, and his son inside the "sign" and "omen" of diagram 48. The Royal Official is duty bound to believe anything Jesus says when he sees a "sign and an omen." The sign overlaps the official's seven words in verse 49 that represent the hour he begged Jesus to cure his son. Jesus immediately answered using the verb "poreuomai" (go), from the noun "poros" (a passageway to transport something) from one port to another. The "ports" are Jesus in Cana and the dying son in Capernaum. The "thing transported" are the words of Jesus.
