Day - hemera

Definition: Hemera (hay-mer'-ah) Noun, feminine - a Day, the interval of twelve hours between sunrise and sunset, the same time interval as the night during the equinox. Eastern usage of this term differs from our western usage. Day or night is counted as a whole day. "Three days" could therefore mean a night, a day, and another night, a total of thirty six hours.

Diagram: The Sign for a Day is a circle of variable size. For Jesus the circumference is 888, for a man it is 1480, for the Passover messenger it is 2220.
