Mk 15:41a ... who when he-was in to-the Galilee were-following to-him, ...

Verse 41 has 4 phrases and 19 narrator words. The 1st phrase has these 8 narrator words, ... ai hote ēn en tēi Galiaiai ēkolouthoun autōi (who when he-was in to-the Galilee were-following to-him).

The 8 narrator words are top down. This verse is a flashback in time when Jesus was still in the Galilee on his way to Jerusalem. This diagram shows Mary Magdelene, Mary the mother of the younger James and Joses, and Solome following Jesus. The first 4 words (who when he was in) are tangent to the top Galilee triangle holding Jesus. The next 2 words "tei Galiaiai" (to the Galilee) are tangent to and inside of the next two green triangles, all six of which form the sign of "the Galilee." The last 2 words "ēkolouthoun autōi" (were following to him) are tangent to the three women and two of Mary's sons who were following Jesus while all five were "in the Galilee."
