The 5th phrase has these 3 dialog words, ... archē ōdinōn tauta ("these things of birth pangs a beginning"). The 3 dialog words are bottom up. The word "odinon" means "the pain of childbirth or extreme anguish." The sign of the abstract noun "childbirth pain" is a dark triangle. The apex of that triangle is "a beginning." The 3 words are exactly tangent to "these things." Using the bottom of the graph as the starting point matched the imagery of these words.
