The 4th phrase has these 2 dialog words, ... esontai limoi ("there shall be famines, ..."). The 2 dialog words are top down. Famines usually follow earthquakes because of the loss of life and infrastructure. Using the previous diagram as a template, the four disciples, the four surviving men of the nations, and the two baskets of loaves are perfectly tangent to the earth.
