Mk 12:34a ... And the Jesus having seen that wisely he answered, said to him, ...

Verse 34 has five phrases and 23 words. The 1st and 2nd phrases have these 9 narrator words, ... Kai ho Iēsous idōn hoti nounexōs apekrithē eipen autōi (And the Jesus having seen that wisely he answered, said to him, ... ).

The 9 narrator words are top down. The first 7 words "Kai ho Iēsous idōn hoti nounexōs apekrithē" (And the Jesus having seen that wisely he answered) are tangent to the body of Jesus. The next 2 words "eipen autōi" (said to him) are tangent to the equilateral triangle holding the scribe who answered so wisely about holocausts and offerings to whom Jesus will now reply.
