Mk 12:33c ... "and the (one) to love the neighbor as himself, ..."

33c

The 4th phrase has these 7 dialog words, ... kai to agapan ton plēsion hōs eauton ["and the (one) to love the neighbor as himself, ..."].

The 7 dialog words are top down. The first 3 words kai to agapan [and the (one) to love] are tangent to the triangle holding Jesus and his two neigbors. The next 2 words "ton plēsion" (the neighbor) are exactly tangent to the 2 neighbors Jesus loves. The last 2 words "hōs eauton" (as himself) are tangent to the heads of the bottom two neighbors and the Scribe. The word "eauton" (himself) is tangent to the head of the speaker, the scribe.
