Mk 12:32a ... And said to him the scribe, ...

Verse 32 has five phrases and 19 words. The 1st phrase has these 5 narrator words, ... Kai eipen autōi ho grammateus (And said to him the scribe, ...).

The 5 narrator words are top down. Verses 32-33 are the scribes response. Whenever he mentions a sign, it appears. The word "autoi" (to him) is tangent to Jesus. The words "ho grammateus" (the scribe) are tangent to the scribe.
