Mk 9:21b ... And then he said, ... "From childhood."

The third and fourth phrases of the answer have these 3 narrator and 2 dialog words, ... Ho de eipe, ... "Ek paidiothen" (And then he said, "From childhood").

The 5 words are top down. The father thinks back. This is the first of five responses from him. The text says ek paidiothen, the diminutive, meaning a little child, probably since the time he started to talk. The diagram shows that a dialog circle has the same sign as a unit of time, in this case the context is for "years." The child was probably possessed from when he was two years old, the time when a child begins to talk, the "terrible two's."
