Mk 9:13a ... "But I say to you," ..."That indeed Elias has come, ..." "

Verse 13 has 4 phrases and 16 dialog words. The first two phrases have these 7 words ... Alla legō humin, Hoti kai Elias elēluthen ("But I say to you that indeed Elias has come, ...").

The first 3 words are top down tangent to Elias. The second phrase of 4 words, a statement within a statement, are bottom up starting with the words "Hoti kai Elias elēluthen," tangent to the triangle holding Elias. The Malachi prophecy stated Elias must come before the Messiah. The diagram shows Elias, in the guise of 'John the Baptist' coming before not just Jesus, but also before the first three disciples.
