Mk 9:4a ... And appeared to them Elias along with Moses, and they were talking together to the Jesus.

Verse 4 has two phrases and these 11 narrator words ... Kai ōfthē autois Elias sun Mōusei, kai ēsan sullalountes tō Iēsou (And appeared to them Elias along with Moses, and they were talking together to the Jesus).

The 11 narrator words are bottom up tangent to the three vesicas that form the 2220 circles enclosing Jesus, Elias, and Moses. The gospel text does not reveal the topic of their conversation. Since rising from the dead into everlasting Life is the central promise of Christianity, Jesus, Moses, Elias, and the disciples were probably discussing the coming crucifixion and death of Jesus and how they planned to raise him after "three days" into everlasting Life. It just so happens that the sign of a "day" to the triune God, Elias, and Moses is a 2220 circle. The diagram shows James and John could have overheard what Elias and Moses said to Jesus and then told Simon. It just so happens that the gematria value of such an important verse could produce a gematria diagram. In this case it did, which can be seen in the next diagram.
