The third phrase has these 14 dialog words, ... Ou noeite hoti pan to eksōthen eisporeuomenon eis ton anthrōpon ou dunatai auton koinōsai ("Not do you know that everything of the outside in-going into the man not is able him to defile"). The 14 dialog words are top down. The words "hoti pan to eksōthen" (that everything of the outside) overlapps the loaf of bread by the man's mouth. The two white "triangles" enclosing the man from the crowd are signs of "not defiling."
