Verse 12 has one phrase containing these 10 dialog words ... ouketi afiete auton ouden poiēsai tiō patri ē tiē mētri [(Then) "No longer do you permit him anything to do for the father or the mother")]. This is the "then" part of the argument. The diagram shows the father and mother cut off from the gift of their son. This means the parents get nothing. 7:11b < Verses > 7:13a |
