The second phrase has these 5 dialog words, ... kai eis ton afedrōna ekporeuetai ("and into the latrine goes out, ..."). The 5 words are top down. The noun "aphedron" (latrine) and the verb "ekporeuetai" (out-goes) are both tangent to a hole in the ground and the triangle holding the body of the man. The clean part of the bread that was in his stomach is now in his body and the unclean part has now gone out into the latrine.
