Jn 1:47b ... and he says about him, ... "Look, a true Israelite in whom guile not is"

The second and third phrases have these 4 narrator and 8 dialog words ... "kai legei peri autou, Ide alēthōs Israēlitēs ev hō dolos ouk estin" (and he says about him, .. "Look! a true Israelite in whom guile not is").

The 4 narrator and 8 dialog words are top down. The pronoun "legei" (he says) is tangent to Jesus. The pronoun center of "autou" (him) is tangent to the tip of the Star holding Nathanael. The 2 dialog pairs "Ide alēthōs, Israēlitēs ev" (Look a true)(Israelite in) are tangent to up and down triangles of the "Star of David" holding Nathanael sitting on the two huge equilateral triangles filled with the signs of "the truth (72). In Genesis, Jacob practiced guile on his half brother Esau before he changed his name to Israel. Jesus has just given Nathanael a big compliment by saying he is a better Israelite than Jacob of whom he was dreaming when Philip found him. Nathaniel now knows Jesus must have seen him under the fig tree from a distance and read his mind. The reader is now looking at Nathaniel as Jesus commands. The last 5 dialog words "en hō dolos ouk estin" (in whom guile not is) are tangent to the green triangle holding the sign of the abstract noun "dolos" (Guile) which is not in the "Star of David."
