The 2nd phrase has these 6 narrator words ... edōken autois eksousian tekna theou genesthai (he gave to them authority 'Children of God' to become, ...). The 6 words are bottom up. The 3 words "edōken autois eksousian" (he gave to them authority) are tangent to the sides of the 3 white triangles, the sign of "authority" (a right, a power) which encloses John and 2 of the 4 men who have received the Holy Spirit. The 3 words "tekna theou genesthai" (Children of God' to become) are tangent to the 3 white triangles holding Jesus and the 2 'Children of God' giving this Holy Spirit Authority in their hands to John and the 2 men. These three men are now spiritual 'Children of God.' The next verse will explain this concept further. The sign of "authority" is the same sign as the "Holy Spirit," the third person of the Godhead.
