The third phrase has these 3 dialog words, ... estai humōn diakonos ("he must be of you a servant"). The 3 dialog words are top down. This hypothetical diagram shows James in the role of a servant to the other eleven disciples. The three words "estai humōn diakonos" (he must be of you a servant) is a genetive plural phrase tangent to the dark triangle holding James and the 5 white triangles of authority holding John and the other ten disciples.
