Mk 9:19a ... The yet answer to them he says, ... "Oh faithless generation, how long with you shall I be? ..."

Verse 19 contains two questions, a command, 5 phrases, and 21 words. The first three phrases contain these 5 narrator and 8 dialog words, ... Ho de apokritheis autois legei, ... "Ō genea apistos, heōs pote pros humas esomai" (Yet having answered them he says, ... "Oh generation unbelieving, How long with you shall I be?" ...).

The 13 words are top down. The sign of a "generation" is a square 1/4th the area of the diagram which is tangent to a group of three or four people. The word "he says" is tangent to Jesus. The 2 words "Ō genea" (Oh generation) is tangent to the sign of a generation. The 3 disciples and the unbelieving father of the little boy are tangent to the sign of a generation. The 8 dialog words "Ō genea apistos, heōs pote pros humas esomai" (Oh generation unbelieving, How long with you shall I be?) are tangent to the generation holding the 3 disciples and two triangles, and sitting on the faithless father, the one out of the crowd.
