Mk 8:18b ... and having ears, not hearing, ... ?

The third and fourth phrases have these 5 dialog words, ... kai ōta exontes, ouk akouete (and ears having, not hearing)?

The 5 dialog words are top down. The 3 words "kai ōta exontes" (and ears having) are held by Jesus, the one having ears that hear. The words "ouk akouete" (not hearing) are tangent to the two disciples in face mode whose ears did not hear when Jesus said certain things. The other ten disciples are in vesica mode.
